Add `tekton.dev/v1` for apiVersion

Using tekton.dev/v1 will show a lot of errors

@AliDev0ps looking at the problems in your screenshot they're complaining about 'Ansilble Tasks Schema'. It seems like these are coming from an Ansible extension, not from the Tekton extension.

@AlanGreene But I didn't install the Ansilble extension, I set the apiVersion to tekton.dev/v1beta1 and it doesn't show the error

i've tried to reproduce this issue with the YAML file from https://tekton.dev/docs/getting-started/tasks/#create-and-run-a-basic-task and i can't reproduce. ( changed the apiVersion to tekton.dev/v1 )

running the latest version of the extension (1.2.0)
