Add a warning or display when the stream is desynced

Either from reconnect after long period of time, or other issues, the stream might have gaps or otherwise incorrect data. There should be a big banner that prompts a refresh or something similar.

In particular, any activity that happens after the page is rendered but before a ws connection is established is lost. This occasionally causes problems on the counting thread, where updates are posted rapidly.

Have you thought about having the page re-sync automatically each time it establishes a ws connection?
