I've build an app that teaches you how to shape and build sound on a synth. Its like realtime chat room for synths, where teachers and students can see each others instruments in real time.

Description of the Talk
I've been teaching synth classes in various guises for a couple of years. My chosen education model synth is the Korg Monologue. And now it comes with a realtime classroom! I've built a platform that allows you to see your settings and be guided through the world of sound design.
Here, the computer is not a replacement for the instrument. Midi controllers are boring. The sound comes from the synth in your lap. And the visual feedback and guidance comes from the screen in front of you.
