send_minute_watched Repeated Requests

In Twitch.send_minute_watched we make several requests: PlaybackAccessToken, RequestBroadcastQualitiesURL, BroadcastLowestQualityURL, StreamLowestQualityURL, and one to the spade_url. Is it necessary to perform all of these requests each time we watch part of the stream? Seems like we could cache the responses to the first 3 per Stream and reuse them. Is this to mimic a Twitch Client behaviour or is it something bourne out of testing the API?

In addition, we call update_client_version whenever we need a client version but does this value change frequently? Is there an error we can look for that'll tell us if it needs updating? It'd be nice to make this something we only update when needed or periodically in a Thread.

@rdavydov You probably have the most experience with this, what are your thoughts?
