Add multicuriequery:true to metadata #136
Description
It was decided on the May 15 architecture call that all services that offer MCQ should have "multicuriequery": true in the x-trapi black of its smartapi metadata, at least until the schema for metakg can be updated to handle this. Genetics and COHD both do this, but currently answer coalescer does not.
