Provide seamless integration with https://github.com/tauri-apps/tauri to simplify the following use cases:

• Compile a Quarkus app with GraalVM and build a native app (with Tauri).
• Provide quinoa-properties for the build process, e.g. quinoa.export=web, ios, android, desktop.
