Change link of "Events" field on the main page

The "Read more" button under "Events" (beside the calendar symbol) on the main page links to the "News" page, but I think it would be more appropriate to link it to the "Services" page.

The latest news are displayed on the main page already, but general information on workshops and training events are not easily accessible at the moment.

Is there a consensus about this? If so, can be implemented directly into master as it is minor.

The destination address for events can be modified at line 26 of the misc.html file under themes/quanteda/layouts/partials/

I think we should modify the destination address. In my opinion, "Events" should link to workshops and training activities, not to news. Do you agree, @kbenoit?

"News" on the QI website is designed for not only events but also updates, team member changes, new initiatives, etc. But we could add a new menu item called Events that links to https://quanteda.org/categories/event/ (a tag for the blog/News items).
