Change to QI Netlify account

@koheiw I think the site deploys on your Netlify account. Can you please reconfigure this to deploy from the QI account? We tried to configure a subdomain but cannot, since the Namecheap servers deploy from my account. (And I am in the process of moving the quanteda site(s) to a QI Namecheap account.)

Passwords are in the Access folder from Google's QI files.
