Hi, I don't think "MR engine" would change something for this matter. Example of a modern, "high comfort" tractor IRL = even if we are only watching and not in the cab ourselves, we can see this has nothing to compare with a car or sitting in a couch. Anyway : you are right in saying the game engine doesn't handle very well sudden change in wheel contact. this is indeed a raycast (a least 2, because the width of the tire is taken into account in FS25)
but this is really really far better than FS11/13 (you could jump to "sky" by approaching gently a curb if I remember well)) regards |

ok, if you haven't already : give a try with MR engine only (no other mods activated, new game on "riverbend spring") => make sure to choose a "MR" tractor (in the shop, if there is a "MR" tag in front of the tractor's name = this is a converted tractor) But I don't think it will be up to your expectation. Major problem = field surface is the same as "asphalt/concrete" = fixed |

I do not know who in their right minds in giants thought of making the fields feel like they are made of cracked concrete, but my virtual butt feels tenderized enough. in fs 19 and 22 the fields and all tractors act as they are supposed to, but with fs 25 the field deformation, and tractor physics make the tractor vibrate on the fields when driving even as slow as 5 kmh, like they would weigh 100 kg instead of 1000... Does this mod fix that? Can we possibly enjoy more smooth driving like it is IRL with this mod, instead of having our suspension replaced with rods, and wheels inflated to 10 bar?
More technically... Can the wheels have multiple rayscasts instead of one, or a different method entirely? or whatever else the game uses to determine physics.
