NA p-values in NetworkModules output #75

Dear Pando team,

First of all, thank you for building and maintaining such a helpful program.

I have a question about the statistical output returned by NetworkModules().

NetworkModules(muo_data)@meta

In my dataset, a subset of TF–target pairs have NA in the pval and padj columns, while all other columns (estimate, n_regions, …) are filled in.
find_modules() keeps those NA entries, so they end up in the GRN.

What circumstances lead to an NA p-value? (e.g. failure to converge, low counts, all predictors dropped, etc.)

Should those NA entries be kept or filtered out before interpreting modules?

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

Umut
