Allow rotating X-axis label in layout chart item

Feature description

1. In a print layout, add a chart item
2. Add a series and choose for the X-axis a field with string values
3. In the "modify chart properties" panel, under X axis, set "Axis type" to "categorical". You might also need to adapt chart ranges values.
4. In some situations, you can have long labels for X-axis item, resulting in overlapping labels. As far as I could check, I didn't find in the "Label font" properties, an option to rotate the labels or avoid the overlap. The closer I could find (I didn't test HTML formatting - probably too complicated for common users, assuming it is possible) is the text orientation but it does not do it great.
