This issue is to track events that have multiple talks in a few videos or even a single video.
Personally I believe we should not skip those events but it is hard to automate the scraping part as requires manual identification of when the talk starts within the wrapper video. I don't think it is worth changing the data format just for these instances but maybe allowing multiple entries with the same link (albeit with different t query param).
This is exactly what happens with the "Lightning Talks" however, those videos have between 5 and 10 talks in less than 1h block, dividing it into multiple 5-10 minutes maybe excessive. I'm referring to videos that last for several hours with multiple 20-40 minute talks.
