Poetry pointing to incorrect python executable

I generally use Conda and Poetry for packaging.

When installing a package from Codeartifact it is pointing at 3.9 :-> ~/Library/Application Support/pypoetry/venv/lib/python3.9/site-packages/poetry/installation/chooser.py: although the environment is activated as 3.11 (see poetry env info below).

Since numpy 1.23.4 works with 3.11 it fails here.
