Set episode rename format on per series basis

I'd like to have an option to be able to override the episode rename format for individual shows. I currently have the episode format set to have a leading 0 on episode numbers (05 vs 5) but I have a show that has over 100 episodes, which leads me to want 2 leading zeros so that my files are ordered correctly. I don't want to change the episode formatting for all of my series to have 2 leading zeros, just that one specific show.

I'm sure there would be other use cases for this as well.
