Multi language support

Medusa is a nifty tv show downloader, but it lacks a proper multi-language support.

The current keywords override in "Advanced Settings" is just not properly working and doesn't allow you to refine the search based on actual required words.

In the TV show settings (Edit Show), there would be a new drop-down menu with the audio language selection.

Each language would have its own presets (selected by users - or pre-set depending on the community's submissions) and the keywords would change on the fly for any given language selected as the main audio language.

For instance:
The EN setting would have the default settings.
The FR setting would have the required keywords multi and french.
The XX setting would have its own set of keywords based on language requirement (Idk any other but you get the picture).

Users could add or remove keywords from these presets.

The point here is that these keywords would totally override the search filters to allow a quick selection based on user preference for any given show.
