Improve "Search Episodes" on show pages/list

When searching in a show's "Search episodes" list, it only shows me the episodes that have already been loaded at that page view - and paging.
So when having a 24 season series and only loading 25 episodes by default (table pagination turned on), it won't find any episode names in the first seasons when doing a search right after loading the page. When paging through, it adds and any episode titles it has displayed to its cache(?) and it comes up in searches.
I would like it to search all episodes in the database, and not just episode titles I have paged through already.
