Being able to use regex in the required/ignored/desired/undesired words would give medusa a lot of versatility, example: erai-raws has started adding the subs languages to their release names(ex "[Erai-raws] Overlord IV - 08 [1080p][HEVC][Multiple Subtitle] [ENG][POR-BR][SPA-LA][RUS]"), regex would allow me filter which sub languages I want for their releases, if for example I wanted releases with both [ENG] and [SPA-LA] I could create a regex in the required words for that, while if I used a required word for each tag medusa would pass as good releases that just have one of the tags instead of exclusively allowing the ones that have both. It also has many other potential uses so I think it would be a pretty good improvement without chancing how medusa works for the people that don't want to use regex(unless they're already using some regex special character in their tags which mean they would have to escape them, if you want the change to be as transparent as possible adding a checkbox next to each word to activate regex for that word would be a nice alternative).
