[Bug] CMTI image running out of space

The issue appeared in:

• Debug docker stack - try to fix notebook execution #343
• Update LAMMPS to 2024.06.27 #342
• Update pyiron-data package to 0.0.30 #329

Maybe it makes sense to build the CMTI image separately.
