Currently we do not run any OpenGL based tests on CI.

• appveyor does not support OpenGL on free plans (except really old ms software OpenGL 1.1) https://help.appveyor.com/discussions/problems/10370-cant-gets-opengl-based-programs

• travis CI can perhaps run OpenGL and X with xfb-run.
