Summary
As mentioned on 1 now that we resolve much of our hovercards within their parsing, we could potentially add the various bits of data as data attributes within the text itself.
Alternatively we could go ahead and at least to incrementally improve this host all content within a single file and request it once at page load.
This issue was transferred manually from confused-Techie/pulsar-documentation-eleventy as you cannot transfer issues from different owners automatically.
