As a result of this story the user will be able to:
1) Publish a Maven repository with an archetype-catalog.xml at the root of it.
2) Create a distribution that makes the publication available at http://pulphostname/content/<some-relative-path>
3) Define the new repository in the pom.xml of a project
4) Build the project and observe that all dependencies that were supposed to come from Pulp actually come from Pulp.
