problem of reshuffle

I switched from the v3.0 code of the release to the latest main file and found that there is a comment "mask out requests if they refer to the same register" in line 3644 in the ara_dispatcher. This means that for the vwadd v0, v0, v6 commands, reshuffle switches v0 to the 2*sew layout format, but reads v0 according to sew. This doesn't seem to find where there is processing, is it my understanding that there is an error, can someone answer it
