.NET Framework is no longer supported from v7.0.0+ for `PubNub` package

Seems like support has been dropped for .NET Framework, Pubnub v7.0.0+ only supports .NET Core. This is in contradiction to the README.md, and I do not see anything specific about this in the v7 release notes.

Is the README outdated, and I should stick with 6.20.2 or is this by mistake?

Actually, the PubnubPCL package supports .NET Framework, so I guess I'll use that version instead. https://www.nuget.org/packages/PubnubPCL#supportedframeworks-body-tab
