Add support / notes for Pico2 / RP2350

FWIW, I ran it up with an RP2350.
It overclocks nicely it got this at

set_sys_clock_khz(250000, true);

Although other people at getting it way higher than that.

Edited: Heh, it waits for key-press. Only after key press it prints "Press any key" ;) Seems like something wrong with stdout buffering
