Going through history input by input.

Right now if I have a multiline input in my history and I use the up arrow, it will scroll through it line by line. I don't wish that to change.

However, I do wish that it was possible - say with shift + up - to go through the history input by input, skipping entire multiline inputs in one go.

Right now, page up and page down should already do this.
Optionally, we could indeed bind shift up/down for the terminals that support it.

@jonathanslenders I looked but couldn't find comprehensive documentation about exact features/hotkeys. Is it missing or did I not look hard enough?

It's nice to know page up and page down provide this, but I think it'd still be very nice to bind the shift hotkeys. Depending on your keyboard layout (cough laptops), page up/down can be annoying to reach.
