Remove leaderboard expanding sound in song select

Who thought that it's gonna be a good idea?? I keep hearing it every second in my left ear while browsing diffs! This sound have nothing to do with response, it's just annoying

Whenever song select is fully skinnable, this will probably be a setting (if this garners enough upvotes). Would suggest waiting a few days to get used to the sound before upvoting.

at those volume settings, for me, the sound is subtle and non-offensive, so i am very confused.

I'm sure it's different between people and between headphones. I find it to be extremely irritating. Something about it being barely audible, and only audible in one ear, I think.

In the next release it will be more centered, which should help.

ok I hate it marginally less, being more centred, but I still want to disable it entirely

To me, the sound was so obtrusive that i didn't even consider the possibility of it being intentional when i made a bug report

Same, at first I believed it was a bug. I only understood when I changed the leaderboard scope.
