Error during test run : reporting doesn't seem to work

When I do the test run from step 7. with ./dadasnake -l -n "TESTRUN" -r config/config.test.yaml ; here's the error message

WorkflowError:
File reporting/primerNumbers_perLibrary.tsv marked for report but does not exist.

Troubleshoot plan: Try running one rule at a time to see if the first rule runs.

1. Run rule input_numbers from cutadapt.smk

2. Running the rule that copies samples over (hopefully the first one, even before input_numbers)
