Infinity Power using Universal Power #16

Description

Using Universal Power, I was trying to convert to EU. Because EU has a much higher conversion rate, one advanced solar panel wasn't giving me any EU. I added a advanced battery box and was going to make it so it only outputs when the battery box is full, but found out when doing this, the conversion using the advanced battery box was crazy high.

Any power to the advanced battery box and then into a UE consumer to energy bridge to EU (presuming any output power) gives off a 19.7 kW output, about 109 EU/t (Not really infinity but for one solar panel and one advanced bat box you pretty much get 109 EU/t, per.). You can do this with any low power source from universal power, long as the advanced battery box is getting power.

The battery box needs to be toggled however, there is a box to the right when you are in the advanced battery box interface, if you click it, it becomes a little input plug (ill circle it in red) and that's where the problems start.

I presume the higher tiered battery boxes do it as well, but the basic battery box does not.
