I do what totorial say and get powershel.exe block on win antiwirus or razer.exe error? its some problem with me pc or RT mod arebuged and whait when launch stabel 1.0 version ?

You may need to allow it to run as admin? Or possibly mark the folder it's in as quarantined with Windows Defender. I've started to encounter this issue on my own PC where it gets marked and the executable is removed by the automated scan tech.
