Tiling does not play well with "View split on left/right"

Issue/Bug Description:

With Tile Windows mode enabled after issuing View split on left or View split on right focused window cover another windows.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

1. Turn on tiling
2. have two windows on a workspace (left and right)
3. select one and use view split to move it over another

Expected behavior:

Windows get re-tilled to ensure that no windows overlap.
Preferably with the window moved e.g. to the right staying on the right.

@jmmaranan Sorry for late answer - this is shortcuts are exactly named View split on left and View split on right - accessible directly from Settings -> Keyboard Shortcuts

Hi @RafalSkolasinski - Gnome's view split/right will cover other tiled windows and it will be ignored by Pop-Shell. So this is working as designed (see comment discussion here: #1014 (comment))

Sorry for coming back here after so long.

I believe my initial point was that after doing "Gnome's view split/right" the Pop-Shell should re-tile the rest of windows such that they are not covered.
