Disconnecting from known Wi-Fi network, then reconnecting gets stuck on "Connecting..."

Steps to recreate:

1. Connect to Wi-Fi network:

2. Select the three docs -> Disconnect.
3. Click the "Connect" button:

Actual behavior:

• The network never moves out of the "Connecting..." stage:

• If I choose the three docs and click "Forget this network", then confirm the dialog, the network still remains stuck on "Connecting..." in the new list:

Expected behavior:

The network connects normally the second time.

Additional info:

When this breaks in COSMIC Settings, I can reconnect successfully through the top panel applet.

This should already be fixed with pop-os/cosmic-settings-subscriptions#20. It looks like master has the updated cosmic-settings-subscriptions now, so if you try again on master it should work.
