Payments not showing up

I have been using electrumltc fine and getting payments from my shop which usually show up right away but i have had a payment from 2 days ago and still not showing up in electrum.

useless support cant even do anything their site does not even work when connecting my wallet to open a dispute so i have lost my payment for good

Have you checked whether the transaction has been included in a block, for instance by using a block explorer?

when i click on view on blockchain it gives me an error screen but all of my payments from the shop do this and all other payment been fine

i even just done test purchase with my own money. its not come through again so its defo broken
