Integrate Network information in the

There are many nice lists of network information that could be gathered and maintained in Polkadot Cloud. e.g.:

https://github.com/polkadot-js/apps/tree/101e705da90b2103bd1c1d182feffc43c7a17fc2/packages/apps-config/src/endpoints

It would be nice if these can be merged under one "roof" and shared through an npm package (e.g. @polkadot-ui/assets)
