Issue with less-than comparisons using IF/ELSE Conditional Tags

Description

I have been attempting to utilise the IF/ELSE Conditional Tag as documented here: https://docs.pods.io/displaying-pods/template-tags/if-conditional-tag/#page-header-1347

The comparisons compare="<" and "<=" produces an error "Expected tag name, got something else instead".
