We also may need to have mechanisms where consumers can easily find out how members' records are licensed. This is distinct from, but related to, whether or not they can access the records in the first place.

I think we could implement this in a way similar to how we currently implement MARC documentation in POD, where organization admins can put a URL or a short text string into a field using the "Manage Organization" interface, and the link or string, once specified, is then displayed as "Data license" in the same area as where things like "POD contact" are displayed now on the organization's home page.

I notice that a lot of the MARC documentation documents for institutions are in Google Drive; I don't recall whether we provided or set up that space for them, or if that's just where organizations decided to put them.
