Could it be that in the clickhouse/low-resources.xml file it should read <profiles> instead of <profile>?

Unfortunately, this does not activate the low resources either on my environment …

It should probably be something like

Thanks @mountbatt & @ruslandoga. There was an issue with where the profile was declared: #265 should fix it.
