Add analytic assets to Open Skysat data stereo collects

Most of the stereo collects just have visual data and L1a, and walvis also only has visual data. These should be updated to include a consistent analytic asset, likely Surface Reflectance. These need to get on Google cloud, and then we can update the stac catalog.
