This issue proposes to reproduce and extend the Figure 5 pathway separation analysis (Multiplier) by incorporating tissue separation in GTEx or ARCHS4 datasets.
Objectives:
- Separate pathway results for three sets of related pathways, as in Figure 5 of the Multiplier paper.
- Introduce tissue-level separation in the analysis using GTEx or ARCHS4 data.
- Visualize and summarize the results for each tissue.
Tasks:
- Select three sets of related pathways to analyze, consistent with Figure 5.
- Perform pathway separation analysis with tissue-specific breakdown in GTEx or ARCHS4.
- Visualize results in a format similar to Figure 5, but with additional separation by tissue.
- Summarize methodology and findings in the repository.
Expected Outcome:
- A figure and summary table showing pathway separation for each tissue and pathway set.
- Insights into tissue-specific pathway separation patterns.
