This issue proposes an analysis to project trait associations derived from gene module-trait associations onto the ARCHS4 model and evaluate whether the resulting associations are biologically meaningful.

Objectives:

• Map trait associations from gene modules to the ARCHS4 model.
• Assess the biological plausibility and interpretability of the projected associations.
• Summarize methodology and findings.

Tasks:

1. Use existing gene module-trait associations to infer corresponding trait associations in the ARCHS4 model.
2. Evaluate the relevance of these projected associations using biological knowledge and available datasets.
3. Visualize and document results.

Expected Outcome:

• A summary of trait associations in the ARCHS4 model based on gene module data.
• An assessment of whether the associations are biologically sensible and actionable.
