[Bug]: AddLocalProject path input field gets reset randomly on mobile

• Start the app normally
• Add project from Local folder
• Try to type a path
• Value gets reset multiple times

Expected behavior

The input field should not reset its value

Actual behavior

The input field gets randomly reset to the default value

Fixed by #4834, which merged after this report was filed. The add-project path effect previously depended on the full environment object, so connection/config refreshes recreated that object and reset the controlled input to its base directory while the user was typing. The merged fix tracks the environment ID instead, preserving the draft across same-environment refreshes and only resetting when the actual environment changes. All checks and review bots passed on the merged PR.
