[Bug] RAG not working

• I have searched the existing issues, and I could not find an existing issue for this bug

Current Behavior

When you upsert data and ask about it (explicitly clear when the answer is unknown by the OpenAI model), neither side of the app knows answers.

Expected Behavior

When you upsert data, esp when the OpenAI model doesn't know the answer, with the addition of Pinecone context, our chatbot should be able to provide an accurate answer.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Upsert data
2. Ask about it
