[Bug] Can't scroll up or down after getting results

Current Behavior

I noticed this locally too, but after interacting with the app for a while, scrolling stops working properly and I get stuck on the depth that is visible:

I see these errors in the console:

Expected Behavior

I should be able to scroll up and down freely.

Steps To Reproduce

Ask a few questions, then attempt to scroll deeper in the non-rag response text area.
