[BUG] Whisper Download Model

Describe the bug
In version 0.2.4, Does not download Whisper model

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch Glass 0.2.4
2. Click Enter Your API Key
3. Select STT Provider Whisper(Local)
4. Select any model, for example Whisper Base

Expected behavior
Download Whisper model

I tried to put the ggml-medium.bin after downloading it manually from https://huggingface.co/ggerganov/whisper.cpp/resolve/main/ggml-medium.bin
(I got the URL from /glass/blob/main/src/features/common/services/whisperService.js)
to the installtion folder, but it didn't solved the the problem.
