Cordova bluetooth plugin very out of date #545

Hi!
I'm working with some bluetooth capabilities, and noticed that the version of the app released in the Google Plays Store hasn't been updated since December 2017. The version of the cordova bluetooth plugin is very out of date compared to current master, and is missing many useful fixes.
How actively is this app now maintained? Would there be any interest if I raised a patch that bumped the cordova-plugin-ble-central plugin to the current latest (1.2.2)?
