Lock Tx/Rx on non HAM frequencies

I have ordered the SI4732 chip module and I will installed v0.51HF when it arrives.
Is it possible to lock Rx and Tx on all frequencies except HAM in VFO mode? It would be great if it could be done through the hidden menu.
