SSB Transmission Capability in Different Versions ?

"UV-K5 can receive SSB (DSB). However, SSB transmission is not possible."

I understand that SSB transmission is not possible with version 0.3Q. Is it possible to transmit in SSB mode with other versions, such as version 0.2V?

No SSB modulation is possible whatever the version. BK4819 has not that possibility; just FM.

Thank you for your clear response regarding the SSB transmission. I now understand that no version, due to the BK4819 chip, supports SSB modulation and only FM is available.
