Getting following error while restoring DATA from PGSQL folder:
C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.5\pgsql\bin\pg_restore.exe --host localhost --port 5432 --username "postgres" --dbname "servicedesk" --role "postgres" --no-password --format directory --verbose "C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.5\pgsql"
pg_restore: [directory archiver] could not open input file "C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.5\pgsql/toc.dat": No such file or directory
Process returned exit code 1.
