Full Offline Install

Hi,

i got problems installing gubernat on a fully air-gapped server.

Where do i get a kubernetes and cri-o offline repo?

• https://github.com/pflaeging/gubernat/blob/main/roles/common/templates/kubernetes.repo.j2

And cilium-install.sh and helm-install.sh both try to get the installation files from github.com

• roles/common/files/cilium-install.sh
• roles/common/files/helm-install.sh
