feature: lower and upper case with spaces

it would be good to have a case transformation for lower/upper case which also adds spaces

someVariable --> some variable

this is currently how the convert_case library does it for lower case and upper case and the current lowercase and uppercase functions tmpo provides are called flat and upper flat
