Voting process needs to be faster & how about remaking a proposal without revoting. #27

The voting process is too complicated and as far as re-voting when a proposal has to be re-made, is it necessary to have everyone voting again.

... third most important I think is to make it easier for witnesses to vote without a rigmarole, a mobile mint option and/or scatter compatible websites would go a long way with this, or simply maybe a telegram app that pings and offers an up and down option to a witness.
we can get the votes for 1-2 games a week, we have issues getting 4-5 games a day. Additionally as stated before extended proposal times and the ability to remake a proposal may help with this. Even better if there was a way to remake the proposal without everyone having to revote!!
